- For trading card products, especially sealed products, the contents are determined by the manufacturer and may vary due to the randomised nature of the product
Kat Collects does not guarantee specific cards, rarities, pulls, values, or outcomes from opening sealed products.
We reserve the right to:
- Update product information
- Correct errors
- Change product availability
- Limit quantities purchased
- Cancel orders where necessary
3. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order with Kat Collects, you are making an offer to purchase the products listed in your order. Your order is only accepted once payment has been successfully processed and we have confirmed your order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including situations involving:
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Suspected fraud
- Stock availability issues
- Purchasing limits being exceeded
- Abuse of promotions or discounts
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund.

4. Pre-Orders

- Release dates provided by manufacturers are estimates only
- Delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, or shipping providers are outside our control
- Payment may be processed at the time the pre-order is placed

5. Pricing and Payments
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Prices may change at any time however the price charged will be the price shown at checkout at the time your order is placed.
You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information when placing an order. All payments must be authorised before orders are processed.
We use third-party payment providers to securely process payments. Kat Collects does not store your full payment card details.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed. A flat rate standard tracked shipping fee of $15.00 AUD applies to all orders within Australia.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control including:
- Shipping carrier delays
- Weather events
- Peak shopping periods
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping provider. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at support@katcollects.com.au and we will assist in resolving the issue.

8. Trading Card Condition and Collectibles
Trading cards and collectibles are products intended for collecting and gameplay. Unless specifically stated otherwise:
- Products are sold in the condition described at the time of purchase
- Manufacturer seals, packaging, and external condition may vary slightly
- Minor imperfections in packaging such as small marks, dents, or manufacturing variations may not constitute a fault
- All sealed products are sold as 100% factory sealed and authentic, sourced from authorised Australian distributors
Kat Collects does not guarantee specific card pulls, rarities, values, grading results, or investment returns from any product purchased.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Kat Collects website including logos, branding, text, images, graphics, designs, and original materials belongs to Kat Collects or its respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
All third-party trademarks including Pokémon and all related names, characters, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. Kat Collects is an independent Australian retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with The Pokémon Company International or any of its subsidiaries.
