Orders & Stock

Are your products genuine and factory sealed? Yes — every product sold at Kat Collects is 100% factory sealed and authentic, sourced directly from authorised Australian distributors.

How do I know if something is in stock? If it's listed on the site without a "sold out" label, it's in stock and ready to ship. Stock is updated in real time.

Can I pre-order products? Yes — pre-order listings are clearly labelled. Pre-orders ship on or shortly after the official release date.

Can I order a specific design for assorted products (tins, poster collections)? Unfortunately no — assorted products are selected at random. This is noted clearly on each product listing.


Shipping

Where do you ship from? All orders are dispatched from Australia.

How long does shipping take? Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost? We charge a flat rate of $15.00 AUD standard tracked shipping on all orders Australia wide.

Do you ship internationally? Currently we ship within Australia only. International shipping may be available in the future — follow our socials for updates.

Will my order be tracked? Yes — all orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? Due to the collectible nature of sealed TCG products we are unable to accept change of mind returns on opened product. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right. For full details please view our Returns & Refund Policy.

What if my order arrives damaged? If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@katcollects.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.

What if I received the wrong item? Contact us straight away at support@katcollects.com.au with your order number and a photo of what you received and we'll sort it out as quickly as possible.


Products

What TCG products do you stock? We specialise in sealed Pokémon TCG product including Elite Trainer Boxes, booster bundles, booster boxes, poster collections, premium collections, mini tins and more.

Do you sell single cards? Not at this stage — we're focused on sealed product only.

Do you restock sold out products? We do our best to restock popular products. Turn on restock notifications on sold out product pages to be notified the moment something comes back in stock.

How often do you add new products? New stock is added regularly, especially around new set release dates. Follow our socials or sign up to our newsletter to stay up to date.
