Shipping policy

Overview: Kat Collects ships all orders within Australia using standard tracked shipping.
Processing Times: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed. The flat rate of $15.00 AUD applies to all orders regardless of size or weight, to all Australian states and territories.
Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days from dispatch date. These are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and any delays outside of our control (e.g. public holidays, carrier delays, remote locations). We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers once your order has been dispatched.
Order Tracking: Every order includes tracking. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Shipping Locations: We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia only including:
- New South Wales
- Victoria
- Queensland
- South Australia
- Western Australia
- Tasmania
- Australian Capital Territory
- Northern Territory
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Packaging: All orders are carefully and securely packaged to ensure your sealed product arrives in perfect condition. Booster boxes and Elite Trainer Boxes are bubble wrapped and boxed to prevent damage in transit.
Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Kat Collects is not liable for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address being provided. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@katcollects.com.au — we will do our best to update it before dispatch but cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
Lost or Damaged Orders :If your order:
- Has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch confirmation email
- Arrives visibly damaged
Please contact us at support@katcollects.com.au within 7 days with your order number and photos where applicable. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Missing Items: If an item is missing from your order, contact us at support@katcollects.com.au within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a resolution promptly.
